All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we experience a high volume of orders or delays due to supply chain issues, shipping may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you promptly if this occurs.

Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States and internationally to select countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please email us at [email protected] to check availability.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Wig Real is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.


Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe:

  • Please check your tracking number.

  • Contact the shipping carrier first for the latest status.

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Please ensure your delivery address is secure.
